TC340 is an unperfumed stabilised Sodium Hypochlorite solution for disinfection and stain removal in Food Industry, as
well as chlorination of process water. TC340 can also be mixed with TC120 Neutral Liquid Detergent for use as a one stage
Detergent / Sanitiser.
TC340 is recommended as a disinfectabt for all CIP systems.
TC340 is suitable for fog disinfection.
TC340 is safe for use on all surfaces and equipment, and in drains, gullies, waste pipes and refuse containers.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF TC340

·         TC340 container is colour coded blue to indicate that the product contains a bactericide. This also allows easier
recognition by unskilled labour.
·         TC340 is unperfumed and therefore suitable for all food industry applications.
·         TC340 contains a high level of available Chlorine allowing economic dilutions of maximum disinfection.
·         The Chlorine compounds used in TC340 allow the product to be used as a highly effective stain remover.
·         TC340 contains a corrosion inhibitor allowing the product to be used on all metals.
·         When used in conjunction with TC120 Neutral Liquid Detergent, an ideal “one-shot” detergent for combined
cleaning and disinfection.
·         TC340 can be blended with dilute alkaline detergents to create a peptising effect for the efficient removal
of proteinaceous soiling.

PACKAGING

TC340 is packed in 25 litre and 5 liter containers.

RECOMMENDATIONS

USE AT MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 55oC.

For stain removal and disinfection / deodorization of drains, gullies ect. Use TC340 at a concentration of 0.6 % ( 6 ml/l ).
For chlorination of process water, and as a disinfectant in Power Cleaning Systems TC340 should be used at a
concentration of 0.012 % ( yields 25 ppm available Chlorine ). When used with TC120 solutions of 0.3 % ( 3 ml/l TC340 )
should be combined with either 0.6 % ( 6 ml/ l ) or 1.2 % ( 12 ml/l ) TC120 depending on the degree of soiling.
CIP Systems – use a 0.2 % ( 2 ml/l ) solution of TC340 in cold water. Ciculate for 5 to 10 minutes and then flush with clean water.
Laundry TC340 – Add TC340 to waher during the first rinse cycle. DO NOT pour directly onto fabric. Fabric damage will occur.
Use only WHITE work.
A 1 % solution of TC340 contains 800 ppm available chlorine.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

–          Keep TC340 upright and store away from heat and direct sunlight.
–          Rinse off accidental splashes with water.
–          For accidental contact with eyes, bathe well and seek medical advice.
–          If accidental swallowed, drink plenty of milk or water and seek medical advice.
Do NOT mix TC340 with CONCENTRATED alkaline or acidic products
