LIQUID BLEACH – HYPOCHL0RITE DISINFECTANT

LIQUID BLEACH is an unperfumed stabilised Sodium Hypochlorite solution for disinfection and stain
removal in Food Industry, as well as chlorination of process water. LIQUID BLEACH can also be mixed with
TC120 Neutral Liquid Detergent for use as a one stage Detergent / Sanitizer.
LIQUID BLEACH is recommended as a disinfectant for all CIP systems.
LIQUID BLEACH is suitable for fog disinfection.
LIQUID BLEACH is safe for use on all surfaces and equipment, and in drains, gullies, waste pipes and refuse
containers.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF LIQUID

• LIQUID BLEACH container is colour coded blue to indicate that the product contains a bactericide. This also allows easier recognition by unskilled labour.
• LIQUID BLEACH is unperfumed and therefore suitable for all food industry applications.
• LIQUID BLEACH contains a high level of available Chlorine allowing economic dilutions of maximum disinfection.
• The Chlorine compounds used in LIQUID BLEACH allow the product to be used as a highly effective stain remover.
• LIQUID BLEACH contains a corrosion inhibitor allowing the product to be used on all metals.
• When used in conjunction with TC120 Neutral Liquid Detergent, an ideal “one-shot” detergent combined cleaning and disinfection.
• LIQUID BLEACH can be blended with dilute alkaline detergents to create a peptising effect for the efficient removal of proteinaceous soiling.

PACKAGING
LIQUID BLEACH is packed in 25lt containers & 4 x 5Lt Boxes.

RECOMMENDATIONS
USE AT MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 55oC.
For stain removal and disinfection / deodorization of drains, gullies etc. Use LIQUID BLEACH at a concentration of 20ml per litre cold water. For chlorination of process water, and as a disinfectant in Power
Cleaning Systems LIQUID BLEACH should be used at a concentration of 0.012 % ( yields 25 ppm available Chlorine ).
CIP Systems – use a 0.2 % ( 2 ml/l ) solution of LIQUID BLEACH in cold water. Circulate for 5 to 10 minutes and then flush with clean water.
Laundry LIQUID BLEACH – Add LIQUID BLEACH to water during the first rinse cycle. DO NOT pour directly onto fabric. Fabric damage will occur. Use only WHITE work.
A 1 % solution of LIQUID BLEACH contains 800 ppm available chlorine.

• Rinse off accidental splashes with water.

• If accidental swallowed, drink plenty of milk or water and seek medical advice.
• Do NOT mix LIQUID BLEACH with CONCENTRATED alkaline or acidic products
