LIQUID BLEACH

BLEACH – HYPOCHLORITE SANITIZER

BLEACH – HYPOCHLORITE SANITIZER

BLEACH is an unperfumed stabilised Sodium Hypochlorite solution for disinfection & stain removal in the Food Industry, as well as
chlorination of process water.

BLEACH can also be mixed with TC120 Neutral Liquid Detergent for use as a one stage Detergent/Sanitizer.

BLEACH is recommended as a disinfectant for all CIP systems.

BLEACH is suitable for fog disinfection.

BLEACH is safe for use on all surfaces & equipment, in drains, gullies, waste pipes and refuse containers.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF BLEACH

BLEACH is unperfumed and therefore suitable for all food industry applications.
BLEACH contains a high level of available Chlorine allowing economic dilutions of maximum disinfection.
The Chlorine compounds used in BLEACH allow the product to be used as a highly effective stain remover.
BLEACH contains a corrosion inhibitor allowing the product to be used on all metals.
When used in conjunction with TC120 Neutral Liquid Detergent, an ideal “one shot” detergent for combined cleaning & disinfection.
BLEACH can be blended with dilute alkaline detergents to create a pertising effect for the efficient removal of proteinaceous soiling.

PACKAGING

BLEACH is packed in 5lt, 4x5lts & 25lt containers

RECOMMENDATIONS

USE AT MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 55 °C

For stain removal and disinfection/deodorization of drains, gullies etc. use BLEACH at a concentration of 0.6% (6ml/l). For chlorination of
process water and as a disinfectant in Power Cleaning Systems. BLEACH should be used a concentration of 0.025%
(yields 25 ppm available Chlorine). When used with TC120 solutions
of 0.6% (6ml/l BLEACH) should be combined with either 0.6% (6ml/l) or 1.2% (12ml/l) TC120 depending on the degree of soiling.

CIP Systems – use a 0.2% (2ml/l) solution of BLEACH in cold water. Circulate for 5 to 10 minutes and then flush with clean water.

Laundry Bleach – add bleach to water during the first rinse cycle. DO NOT pour directly onto fabric. Fabric damage will occur. Use only on
WHITE work.

A 1% solution of BLEACH contains 800ppm available chlorine.
