INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For external use only. Use after washing and drying hands in the normal manner.

HAND DISINFECTION: Rub 2.5ml of GERMEX well into the hands until dry. Do not rinse.

PRE-OPERATIVE PREPARATION: Wash and dry hands and arms and then rub 5ml of GERMEX well into skin until dry.
Use a sterile nailbrush for fingernails. Repeat the process.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

CAUTION: Harmful if swallowed.

HANDING IN USE: Avoid contact with eyes.
Skin sensitivity to Chlorhexidine and ototoxicity have been reported.

PRODUCT STORAGE: Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool place.
Keep container well sealed.

EMERGENCY TREATMENT

EYE CONTACT: Rinse immediately with plenty of water and obtain medical
attention.

INGESTION: Treat by gastric lavage. Obtain medical attention.
