ET OVEN & GRILL – Caustic detergent

ET OVEN & GRILL is a clear red concentrated liquid detergent for one stage cleaning of
domestic and industrial ovens, grillers, boilers, stove hoods, deep fat fryers and utensils.

• ET OVEN & GRILL has a blend of solvents to dissolve oil and grease from most surfaces.
• ET OVEN & GRILL has added detergents enabling it to be foamed onto surfaces.
• ET OVEN & GRILL is suitable for removing baked on grease and carbon deposits.
• ET OVEN & GRILL is caustic to help break down fatty deposits.
• ET OVEN & GRILL can be applied either by brush, sponge or flexi-spray.
• ET OVEN & GRILL is volatile and therefore should be stoppered on storage.
• ET OVEN & GRILL can be used on hot or cold surfaces.
• ET OVEN & GRILL is non-flammable and contains no chlorinated hydrocarbons.
• ET OVEN & GRILL is suitable for clearing blocked fat traps and fat blocked drains.
• ET OVEN & GRILL is corrosive to aluminium, zinc and galvanised materials.

PACKAGING

ET OVEN & GRILL is packed in 25Lt drums, 4x5Lt boxes.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Oven cleaning: Switch off appliance. Apply to soiled surfaces by brushing or
Foam spray. Allow 5 minutes contact (hot oven -70 deg C) or
15 – 20 minutes contact (warm oven), then wipe with a damp cloth, Rinsing frequently.

Grills, Utensils etc.: Use a solution of 1:10 (for heavy soiling) in hot water.
Use a solution of 1:10 (for light soiling) in hot water.
Soak for 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

Drains and Fat traps: Pour concentrated ET OVEN & GRILL into drain or fat trap
Followed by equal quantity of hot water.

Safety glasses and gloves to be worn at all times.
ET OVEN & GRILL is corrosive, causes severe burns.
Accidental contact with sensitive skin, rinse well with water. Seek medical advice.
For accidental eye contact, bathe well and seek medical advice.
Ingestion: drink plenty of milk or water. Do not induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention.
