ET359 is a foaming alkaline detergent disinfectant containing organ chlorine compounds for effective disinfection. ET359 is suitable
for all manual cleaning of floors, walls and equipment n the food industry and medium and high risk areas in hospitals.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF ET359
·         ET359 is colour coded to indicate that the product contains a bactericide. This colouring also leads to easier recognition by
unskilled labour.
·         The blend of alkalis used in the formulation of ET359 ensure rapid break-up of fats and grease thus giving swift effective cleaning.
·         Because ET359 contains corrosion inhibitors and is non-caustic it is completely safe to use on all surfaces, including aluminium
and will not cause corrosion problems.
·        The blend of anionic and non-ionic surfactants used in ET359 provide excellent wetting and penetration of surfaces and also imparts
detergency benefits, giving optimum cleaning efficiency.
·         Sufficient sequestering agent is included in ET359 for all water conditions found in South Africa, making the product effective in
hard and soft water areas.
·         ET359 is non-volatile and stable on storage if kept dry.
·         ET359 is unperfumed and therefore suitable for all food industry applications.
·         The blend of quick and slow chlorine compounds in ET359 allows for continual release of chlorine providing effective disinfection
throughout the cleaning operation. i.e. all the chlorine is not immediately released.

Infected areas 60g Follow standard procedures.
Consult your bacteriologist if in doubt.
Terminal disinfection of infected areas, e.g.: beds, lockers, cots, plastic covers of pillows, mattresses. 60g Dilute as directed. Wipe down area.
Allow to air dry.
Incubators 60g Clean thoroughly, rinse and dry.
Instruments 60g Soak for 30 minutes. Wash and then rinse thoroughly.
Sputum mugs NEAT Empty into sputum mugs and add water. Leave for 30 minutes.
Infected organic material e.g.: blood, matter, vomit, faeces, urine etc.. NEAT Sprinkle powder onto infected matter and mop up.
Infected surfaces 60g Wipe surface down with solution and then rinse.
Infected bedpans / urinals 60g Fill bedpan and urinal with solution and leave for 30 minutes.
Infected linen ( wet ) Blood infected linen 60g Soak for 30 minutes. Rinse. Send to laundry as usual. Check for colour fastness first. Dissolve completely before using.

Infected sheepskin 60g Soak for 30 minutes. Rinse. Send to laundry as usual. Dissolve completely before using.
Napkins 30g Soak for 30 minutes. Rinse. Send to laundry as usual. Dissolve completely before using.
Suction machine bottles NEAT Empty 30g powder into bottle. Add warm water to cover bottom of bottle. Wash after 30 minutes. Store dry.
Infected baths and wash basins NEAT Sprinkle powder into bath / basin and clean thoroughly after each use.
Mops 30g Soak for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Store dry.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
ET359 is alkaline so caution should be exercised and protective clothing worn.
For accidental skin contact, rinse well with water.
For accidental eye contact, bathe well and seek medical advice.
For ingestion: Drink plenty of milk or water. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Obtain immediate medical advice.
Do not mix with acids, as this liberates toxic gas.
