LIQUID, DETERGENT & DISINFECTANT FOR USE IN CHILLER UNITS.
ET621 is a blend of an effective biocide and surfactants formulated to address the problem of soil and bacterial contamination associated with Chiller units. internal Chiller components, forming a tenacious film which slowly dissolves in the condensate allowing a slow release of detergent and disinfectant.

ET621 IS NON-CORROSIVE
– It is not a corrosion risk the arterials of construction of the
plant ( e.g. copper and aluminium ) – the product is no more corrosive towards these metals than oxygenated water.
ET621 CONTAINS AN EFECTIVE SLOW-RELEASE BIOCIDE
– This biocide is effective against micro-organisms predominant in Chiller
units and the slow release mechanism ensures prolonged antimicrobial activity.
ET621 IS EASY TO APPLY
– Product is applied directly into the Chiller unit in situation, there is no inconvenience or time loss to production.
ET621 IS FOOD SAFE
– Not necessary to remove product from Chiller Room
ET621 prevents rapid re-icing of Chillers and the danger of ice forming on wet floors.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Switch off electrical units prior to application. ET621 is used by applying the product concentrated directly onto the Chiller unit fins in the direction of air induction, thus facilitating maximum dispersion through the unit. Approximately 250 ml is used per square metre of Chilling unit intake. It is safe to use unit after application.
Treatment should be repeated every 2 to 3 weeks.

CAUTION: CONTAINS FLAMMABLE LIQUID
· Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
· Avoid inhalation. Avoid overspray conditions where product could come into contact with food products.
· Remove immediately any contaminated clothing.
· In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with copious amounts of water and obtain medical attention without delay.
· In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with water.
· In case of ingestion, remove material from mouth. Rinse mouth out thoroughly with clean water. Drink one or two glasses of water or milk. Obtain medical attention.
· In case of inhalation, remove from source of mist or vapour. Obtain medical attention.
