TC321 – QAC DETERGENT DISINFECTANT

TC321 is a blue concentrated liquid detergent disinfectant for one or two stage cleaning in the Food and Health Industry.
TC321 is suitable for cleaning utensils, floors, walls, equipment, and vehicles in the Health and Food industry.
TC321 when tested in accordance with paragraph 6.3 of SANS 639 kills 99.9% of the following organisms within 5 minutes
at the stated dilutions.

ESCHERICHIA COLI 0,25
PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA 01:50
LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES 1: 1 500

FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF TC321

·         TC321 has a high level of germicidal activity against a wide spectrum of common micro-organisms at economical
dilutions which give excellent killing power at low cost
·         TC321 has an optimum level of wetting agents to enable it to penetrate porous surfaces and effective, yet still rinse off easily.
·         Because TC321 is non-caustic it is completely safe to use on all surface, including aluminium and will not cause corrosion
problems
·         Sufficient sequestering agent included in TC321 for all water conditions found in South Africa, making the product effective

PACKAGING

TC321 is packed in 5Lt and 25Lt drums.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Dilutions of TC321 can be varied through a wide range according to the degree of soiling and bacteria present.
The following should be used as a guide. Further information is available from your TECHCLEAN Representative.
Soiling

Light : 0.5 % ( 10 ml/l ) in hot or cold water.
Medium : 0.7 % ( 20 ml/l ) in hot or cold water.
Heavy : 1.0 % ( 30 ml/l ) in hot or cold water.

As TC321 contains detergents all surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed after cleaning.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

TC321 should be stored at room temperature.
Accidental contact with sensitive skin, rinse well with water.
For accidental eye contact, bathe well and seek medical advice.
