POWERFUL CLEANER – HANDLE WITH CAUTION

TC 976 is alkaline crate cleaner formulated for use in soft to medium hard water.
TC 976 is particularly suitable for the removal of grease, fat and other proteinaceous soiling
and is also effective against static induced soiling commonly associated with plastic crates.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF TC 976

TC 976 is colour coded red to indicate that the product contains chemicals which could be
harmful to skin or other tissues, and the caution should be exercised with it’s use. This
colouring also leads to easier recognition by unskilled labour.
TC 976 does not contain any free caustic soda and is therefore entirely safe for use on
polycarbonate crates and trays.
TC 976 is unperfumed and therefore suitable for all food industries.
The formulation of TC 976 is carefully controlled to provide maximum removal of grease, fat
blood and other proteinaceous soiling.
TC 976 contains silicate to act as a corrosion inhibitor, making the product safe for use on
most metals. Caution should however be exercised with equipment containing brass
copper or galvanised parts.
TC 976 is formulated with a blend of non-ionic detergents, making the product extremely
effective in wetting out and emulsifying all types of soil.
The non-ionic detergents in TC 976 are low foaming. This prevents pump cavitation with it’s
consequent inefficient washing

PACKAGING
TC 976 can be supplied in 25 litre rondotainers, 200 litre drums or bulk.

RECOMMENDATIONS

TC 976 is recommended for use with automatic dosing devices, either machine manufacturer, or lever
Industrial supplied.
The following dilutions are offered as a guide:

Light soiling 0,005 ( 5ml/l )
Heavy soiling 0,01 ( 10ml/l )
Very heavy soiling 2 ( 20ml/l )
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

TC 976 is alkaline so caution should be exercised in its used and protective clothing worn.
In case of contact with skin, wash off immediately with plenty of water.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and obtain medical attention.
